I began my journey into studying bodywork in 2004 when I began a massage therapy program in Eugene, OR. I studied Swedish massage, deep tissue, Reiki, and other modalities while taking a particular interest in Jin Shin Do acupressure. After completing the massage program, I continued studying  acupressure both in Madison WI as well advanced classes in Eugene. My practice now incorporates massage and acupressure for relaxation and pain relief. I also offer sessions of just acupressure. This modality follows the same principles of Chinese medicine as acupuncture, but using finger pressure instead of needles. Chinese medicine integrates emotions and energetic systems along with your physical body to promote overall healing. Acupressure sessions are done with clients fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing.

In addition to practicing massage therapy, I run an organic farm along with my business partner. We farm on a 10 acre property, growing organic fruits and vegetables which we sell at the Bellingham farmers market. I have a passion for providing locally grown high quality produce for the community, as well as a passion for promoting healing through acupressure and massage.

60 minute session is $50;       90 minute session is $75
