As a young girl Ingrid lived in Stockholm, Sweden where, coincidentally Swedish Massage originated.
She grew up loving cross-country and downhill skiing, along with hiking, sailing, dancing, and traveling. In her adulthood she continued to have a passion for exercise and fitness. As a runner, she can appreciate the aches and pains that other athletes experience and likes to integrate healing into her practice.
Her goal is to provide beneficial bodywork in a nurturing environment, bringing a compassionate, and intuitive approach to the massage sessions, while respecting the uniqueness of your individual needs.
In addition to her massage license, she has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Washington, where she graduated Cum Laude.
In her free time, she loves having adventures with her two beautiful, young daughters, and her energetic husband.

Emma grew up in Bellingham, WA and went to Whatcom Community College where she studied massage therapy. Emma has studied and practiced a wide spectrum of massage modalities, including deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, Swedish massage, post/pre athletic event massage as well as informational courses in reflexology, acupressure and pregnancy massage.
She likes using a combination of therapies during a massage session that tailors the massage to the client’s specific needs. Emma feels that massage is a relaxing, restorative process that enhances the body’s ability to heal. She is very passionate about message and works toward meeting your health goals and reducing pain and stress levels. She feels massage is an important therapy for balancing mind, body and soul.
When Emma is not giving massage, she is probably indulging in her new favorite addiction – Pilates! She teaches classes as well as private sessions at Joy of Pilates.

As a Massage Practitioner, I endeavor to provide high quality massage to my clients. I intend to do so with respect for the individual and their unique body, personalizing my work in an effort to help them according to their need and to the best of my ability.
I offer Swedish massage for relaxation and wellness, deep tissue and treatment massage, and pregnancy massage.
I grew up here in beautiful Bellingham and graduated from Whatcom Community College with an Associate in Science Degree (with honors!) from the Massage Practitioner Program. I also currently work as an in-home caregiver, dance instructor, choreographer, performer, and mom.
I have a longstanding interest in health care and have been certified as both a Nursing Assistant and a Post-Partum Doula (support person).
I hope, with my various education and experience, to provide an integrated, individualized, and holistic massage experience for my clients.
