Class Descriptions:
Kind Pilates - A full body strengthening class for those who want a no-pressure pace. Balance, pelvic floor, relaxation, and flexibility. Go at your tempo. Good times! Nice music! Fun!
On the Ball - This class is the ultimate for increasing your balance and core strength. This is a great challenge for everyone.
Pilates Mat Basics - Best class for anyone new(er) to Pilates or just wants a refresher class that takes its time and focuses on quality form! The “Powerhouse” Muscles will be the focus with Pilates principles at the heart of the workout.
Pilates Salutation - This is a challenging class! A mix of yoga warm-up combined with intermediate Mat Pilates and lots of planks! Perfect for the person who wants to take their Pilates to the next level. 60 minutes+.
Pilates with Props - What will it be? Bosu? Ball? Floor? Bands???! This class is never the same twice.
Perfect cross-training for all of your other activities.
Power Pilates - Flowing, continuous intermediate Mat Pilates class. This class is for you if you have mastered the basics and are excited to work hard and get the burn on! New to pilates please get instructor permission before joining class.
Reformer & Springs - This fun class adds some Reformer exercises or Spring exercises into the repertoire. Springwork is a great way to challenge the core and improve flexibility! New to pilates please get instructor permission before joining class.
Spring & Balls - The ideal class for those who want to add Cadillac-like exercises to their workout program.
You won't believe the full body workout you’ll get!
Strength & Stretch - 30 Minutes of abs, glutes and back muscles. Followed by 30 minutes of stretching using props. Sunday is a great day to get your strengthening & stretching in before Monday returns!
