Tawni E. shares: "I love Pilates! I started at Joy of Pilates nine months ago. I had been looking for an exercise program that would fit my personality. I wanted something that would be tough, but not competitive. Something that would make me stronger, happier, and healthier. After my first class, I knew I had found it! The instructors are always enthusiastic, friendly, encouraging and helpful. I appreciate that they show "many choices" in a Pilates series in order to make the moves harder or easier. And the fact that Pilates focuses on proper form, makes sure that I am getting stronger not injuring myself! Nine months later, I look forward to every class and leave every class happy that I was there!"
