We exercise for health, wellbeing, to be in nature,  because our high energy dog Onyx requires it, and so we can eat dessert!

We come to Joy of Pilates for the talented, great and fun instructors, for a sense of community, and to gain strength. Each visit gives us vitality and a boost at the start of the week. The instructors and fellow exercisers are all fantastic
