To ensure fairness to our instructors and other clients, we ask that all classes and appointments be cancelled within the required time frames listed below.
Cancellation policies are in effect upon registration.
Group Fitness Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time to be eligible for rescheduling. *Members who do not adhere to this cancellation policy are subject to a $10 holding fee*.
Reformer Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time to be eligible for rescheduling.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to be eligible for rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the class, session, or applicable fee. Thank you for understanding and for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly.
