Katie has been practicing Pilates for 8 years and recently decided to become certified through Balanced Body so she can help others experience the joy and healing that comes from staying active with Pilates. While she is excited to work with people of all ages and body shapes, she is most excited to be able to help clients who live with autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders, as well as those who are prenatal or postpartum. As a mom who lives with Sjogren's, a mixed connective tissue disease, and a foot deformity, Katie has found much strength and support in maintaining her physical wellbeing through a dedicated Pilates practice.
