Lily began her personal fitness journey in early 2019 and was amazed with how her lifestyle changes transformed her health for the better. From there, she became a certified personal trainer in 2022 and began teaching group fitness classes and 1:1 strength training. She then became a certified Nutritionist, graduated with a degree in Holistic Health and Wellness, and became a Board Certified Wellness Coach. Throughout school she was introduced to Reformer Pilates and absolutely fell in love with everything about it- so she became a certified Mat Pilates and Reformer Instructor.
She’s been teaching a mix of fitness, Mat Pilates, Reformer classes, and privates ever since. Her passion for wellness continues to grow and she strives to inspire others to change their health for the better and live a strong, balanced lifestyle.
In her free time Lily loves traveling, enjoying delicious food, and relaxing in nature.
