Fitness and sports have been lifelong passions for Matt. From tennis to triathlons and martial arts to yoga, he has always enjoyed the physical and mental challenge and benefit of fitness.

Matt joined the Joy of Pilates team in 2016. He is a Comprehensive Balanced Body instructor certified on all Pilates apparatus, a TRX qualified instructor, certified Pilates Suspension Method instructor, and a Better Bones and Balance® Certified instructor.

Matt uses his engineering and teaching background to create structured, challenging, yet enjoyable classes and 1-on-1 sessions that aim to improve functional movements, empower participants, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
